House rules:
in the building and very next to the main door you can not smoke, the area is designated for selective waste collection. We are directly next to the river, just front of the bridge (Pinky House).
After or before paddlening you can go up to oberleibnig with a small cabin lift (500min elevation), fantastic panorama wiew or walk across the street and get some energie int he Moar im Walde restaurant (200m from us).
